Great experience with Mr. Electric! The receptionist was always very kind and courteous. They actually let you know when they are on the way. Very professional and great at what they do. This was the first time we have used Mr. Electric and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Our technician, Stephen, was knowledgeable and professional. He clearly explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. Even though we only had one GFCI outlet that needed to be replaced, we received first-class service on phone and in person.
Stephen and Kenny upgraded my 240 amp service to a 400 amp service and did an amazing job! They also helped me get set up with my tankless electrical hot water heater as well. I cannot think of anyone more prompt and professional. Their quality of work was exceptional. I could not leave out Jessica and Joanie who took every call I had and answered every question I had. When speaking to them, you could tell they had smiles on their faces. They kept me up to date on all of the progress on my project and even helped me get when it was time for new A/C units.
We have used Mr. Electric several times since moving to the area and have not been disappointed. We just had our outdoor shed wired with outlets and a new light. Steve and Kenny were awesome! Very professional, clean and quick! :)
